Sales Agents: US Merchant Solutions provides training for all our agents. Training can be conducted via phone or by coming into our office. The training will enable you to understand the Merchant Card business and it's features.
We have a step by step system and you will be assigned your own personal training coach to guide you every step of the way.
Merchants: Merchant Training is provided at the time of installation . Our customer service is always available to assist our merchants with any questions. Our #1 priority is providing the highest level of care and support.
